As AN international lawyer, i often conduct business meetings here. i particularly appreciated the staff's dedication and attention to detail. the valet parking team escorted me to reception. the pool team ensured i had towels and a sun lounger AVAILABLE.
The breakfast service could have been faster. Sometimes there were minor delays between being seated and ordering drinks.

the hotel excels. the premier garden walk room was spacious and well-appointed. i particularly appreciated the direct access to the garden (it made morning strolls very easy). the polite staff ensured all needs were promptly addressed.

Every detail and interaction at the resort was exquisite. i found the laundry service to be of absolut best quality, which i greatly appreciated.

oh my gosh. the service exceeded every expectation. ms corina baes from the front desk was like a friend not just a professional. daniel the pool supervisor radiated warmth. it was like he cared for friends not just visitors. the setting is amazing and the interiors gleam with care. from the doormen to housekeeping there is a rhythm of professionalism and kindness. i felt totally embraced!
i must say though. the shampoo had a nice smell. but i found the scent not particularly luxurious. honestly. it smelled a bit cheap. not the kind of fragrance i expect in a 5 star experience.
